What Happens at Your Appointment
Duration
Plan for 45–60 minutes for your complete exam visit.
Physical Exam
A comprehensive physical examination by our USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon, Dr. Alija Ali, D.O.
Lab Work
Required blood tests (syphilis RPR, gonorrhea NAAT) and TB testing (QuantiFERON-TB Gold) performed on-site.
Vaccinations
Any required USCIS vaccinations can be administered during your visit at no additional charge.
Form I-693
Your sealed Form I-693 envelope is ready in 2 or 3 business days (or 1–2 days with expedited processing).
