What does the all-inclusive service include?

Our standard service includes the civil surgeon immigration medical examination, medical history and physical examination, required USCIS laboratory testing, review of vaccination records, age-appropriate USCIS-required vaccinations administered by our clinic, preparation and completion of Form I-693, internal quality review, the original sealed USCIS envelope, and standard 3-business-day processing.

What is not included in the standard package?

Services outside the standard package include clinically indicated chest X-rays, optional immunity titers, non-required vaccinations, treatment of unrelated medical conditions, and optional expedited processing. Your civil surgeon will advise you if any of these apply to your situation.

What if I already have vaccination records?

Bring all available vaccination records to your appointment. The civil surgeon will review them and determine whether they satisfy the applicable USCIS requirements. Documented vaccines may prevent unnecessary repeat vaccination.

What if I already completed laboratory testing?

USCIS Form I-693 requires specific laboratory tests performed as part of the immigration medical examination. In most cases, outside lab results cannot be substituted. Our civil surgeon will advise you at your appointment.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards. We also accept cash. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?

We accept HSA and FSA cards as a form of payment. Please confirm with your HSA/FSA provider whether immigration medical examinations are an eligible expense under your specific plan.

How long does the appointment take?

Most patients complete the process in two efficient visits. The first visit generally includes intake, document review, and required laboratory testing. The second visit includes the civil surgeon examination, final vaccination review or administration when required, and completion of the remaining process. A one-visit option may be available for eligible patients for an additional fee.
