The 3-day timeline reflects the time needed to receive laboratory results, complete the form, have it reviewed and signed by the civil surgeon, and seal it for submission to USCIS.

Expedited 2-Day Processing

Some clinics offer expedited processing that reduces the turnaround time to 2 business days. This option is typically available for an additional fee and is useful when you have an upcoming USCIS interview, a filing deadline, or an urgent immigration timeline.

Factors That Can Affect Turnaround Time

Several factors can extend the standard turnaround time.
