Are Vaccines Included in the Immigration Medical Exam Flat Fee?

Quick Answer

Yes. At ImmigrationMedicalExams.com, all required vaccines are included in our flat fee. There are no surprise charges for vaccines, titer testing, or follow-up vaccine appointments. You pay one price and receive everything needed to complete your immigration medical exam.

All Required Vaccines Included

Our flat fee for the immigration medical exam includes all vaccines required by USCIS for your age group. Whether you need one vaccine or ten, the price is the same. This includes all ACIP-recommended vaccines required for immigration: MMR, varicella, Tdap, influenza, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, pneumococcal, meningococcal, polio, COVID-19, HPV, Hib, and rotavirus (for eligible infants). You will never receive a surprise bill for vaccines at our office.

Titer Testing Also Included

If titer testing is needed to check for existing immunity — for example, for MMR, varicella, hepatitis A, or hepatitis B — the blood draw and laboratory processing are included in the flat fee. There is no additional charge for titer testing. If your titer is positive, you are immune and do not need the vaccine. If your titer is negative, the required vaccines are also included.

Follow-Up Vaccine Appointments Included

Some vaccines require multiple doses given over time, such as the hepatitis B series (up to 3 doses) or the HPV series (2–3 doses). All follow-up appointments to administer subsequent doses of required vaccines are included in the flat fee. You will not be charged for returning to receive the second or third dose of a multi-dose series.

How Our Pricing Compares to A La Carte

Many medical offices charge separately for each vaccine, each titer test, and each follow-up appointment. These costs can add up quickly — a single vaccine can cost $50–$200 or more, and a full catch-up schedule could cost hundreds or thousands of dollars in vaccine fees alone. Our flat-fee model eliminates this uncertainty. You know exactly what you will pay before your appointment, regardless of how many vaccines you need.

What Is Not Included

Our flat fee covers all USCIS-required components of the immigration medical exam, including the physical examination, required laboratory tests (TB testing, syphilis testing, gonorrhea testing), all required vaccines, titer testing, and Form I-693 completion. Optional services or additional medical evaluations requested by USCIS after the initial exam may involve separate fees. Contact our office if you have questions about what is included for your specific situation.
